Spinach and Blue Cheese Salad with Apple-Lime Dressing

Ingredients:

Sunshine Coast Olive Oil Co. Gravenstein Apple White Balsamic
Sunshine Coast Olive Oil Co. Persian Lime Olive Oil

Fresh baby spinach
Blue cheese
A tart apple, such as Granny Smith, cut into cubes
Raisins of craisins

 

Mix 1.5 Tablespoons of oil and 1.5 Tablespoons of vinegar per person.  Blend then toss on spinach.  Top with other ingredients.
