Vegan Gravy

Warm 3 Tablespoons of Sunshine Coast Olive Oil Co. Rosemary Olive Oil in a pan.

Sprinkle in 1 Tablespoon of flour, using a whisk to blend it until smooth.

Gradually add 1 cup of vegetarian broth (not too salty), and heat until bubbly and thicken.

Add salt and pepper to taste.  *also works with Wild Mushroom and Sage, Basil, Herbes de Provence and many other flavoured oils.
