Prep time: 20 minutes
Cooking time: crockpot time a few hours then 5 minutes for past on the stove.
Needed for this recipe:
• A few teaspoons each of:
Sunshine Coast Olive Oil Co. Basil oil
Sunshine Coast Olive Oil Co. Garlic oil
• Ground beef
• Bay leaves
• Your favourite tomatoe sauce
• 1 medium onion sliced
• Leftover red wine, if you have any.
• Parmesan cheese, optional
Add garlic oil and basil oil to a sauté pan. Sauté onions 2 minutes then add beef and cook until browned. Place meat and onions in a crockpot with tomatoe sauce, a couple of bay leaves, and optional red wine. Let stew in crockpot a few hours, and serve over spaghetti with a bit of freshly grated Parmesan.
