Sunshine Coast Olive Oil Co. Milanese Gremolata Olive Oil

Ingredients:

Butter lettuce, washed and patted dry
Sunshine Coast Olive Oil Co. Sicilian Lemon White Balsamic
Sunshine Coast Olive Oil Co. Milanese Gremolata Olive Oil
Freshly grated Grana Padano or Parmesan Cheese

Recipe:

Blend equal portions of oil and vinegar. Drizzle over salad and toss until well coated. Top with cheese.
