Coconut Pineapple Yogourt

Aged Coconut White Balsamic Recipes

This one is great for breakfast, fancy brunches or dessert yet has NO added sugar (unlike most commercial flavoured yogourts).

Needed for this recipe:
Sunshine Coast Olive Oil Co. Coconut Aged White Balsamic

Ingredients per serving:
• 1 teaspoon Sunshine Coast Olive Oil Co. Aged Coconut White Balsamic
• ½ cup plain goat’s Yogourt
• 2 tablespoons fresh pineapple, in bite-sized pieces

Instructions:
Mix Yogourt and balsamic thoroughly. Stir in pineapple. Serve cold.
