Episode 13 Lavender and Pesto Caprese Salad

Sunshine Coast Olive Oil Co. Lavender Dark Balsamic

 

Ingredients:

Tomatoes

Soft Mozzarella

Basil Leaves

Salt

Pepper

Spicy Pesto Olive Oil

Lavender Balsamic

 

Method:

Slice tomatoes and mozzarella, lay down in an alternating pattern. Season with as much salt and pepper as you’d like, then drizzle with Oil and Balsamic. Top with fresh basil leaves.
