This is an elegant yet easy dessert to share after a meal. It can also be an elegant appetizer or brunch course.
Needed for this recipe:
Sunshine Coast Olive Oil Co. Traditional 18 year Aged Italian Dark Balsamic
(though others would work too)
A bunch of grapes-frozen for a few hours
Various cheeses: cheddar, Brie, Gouda, cut into bite-sized pieces
Grated dark chocolate
Very finely ground coffee
Sunshine Coast Olive Oil Co. Dark Balsamic: Traditional 18 yr, Espresso, Fig or Dark Chocolate work beautifully
Prepare a plate with the individual ingredients in individual bowls. Guests alternate dipping frozen grapes, and cheese in the balsamic, coffee grounds, honey and chocolate.
