Needed for this recipe:
• 1 teaspoon Sunshine Coast Olive Oil Co. Milanese Gremolata Infused Olive Oil
• 1 egg, scrambled
• ½ small zucchini, sliced in medallions
• optional: flavoured sea salt. Check out our salt collection.
Saute’ zucchini in Milanese Gremolata Olive Oil until softened but not soggy. Add egg, and cook on low until eggs are cooked through.
Optional: sprinkle with smoked salt.
