Pasta & Sun-Dried Tomatoes
Your favorite pasta
Basil Olive Oil
Garlic Olive Oil
Arbequina Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Sun-dried tomato tapenade, bruschetta, or spread
Cook the pasta al-dente, then drain.
Mix 1 part Garlic, 1 part Basil, and 2 parts Arbequina olive oils. Toss the oils into the pasta. Spoon in a few tablespoons of the tapenade or spread.
For “toastier” bread, substitute chopped sun-dried tomatoes for the pesto
