Pear and Goat’s Cheese Salad

• Sunshine Coast Olive Oil Co. Milanese Gremolata Infused Olive Oil
• Sunshine Coast Olive Oil Co. Sicilian Lemon Aged White Balsamic
Ingredients:
• 2 Tablespoons Sunshine Coast Olive Oil Co. Milanese Gremolata Olive Oil
• 2 Tablespoons Sunshine Coast Olive Oil Co. Sicilian Lemon Balsamic
• ½ teaspoon Dijon mustard
• 1 butter lettuce
• 1 ripe Bartlett pear, sliced into in thin wedges
• Creamy goat’s cheese
Recipe:
Whisk together Sicilian Lemon Balsamic, Milanese Gremolata Olive oil and mustard. Toss butter lettuce with this dressing, making sure every lovely piece is coated. Divide the lettuce onto two plates and top with pear and crumbled goat’s cheese. Serves 2
