Pomegranate balsamic not only adds a delicious sweetness but a summery rosé blush to this classic cocktail.
Needed for this recipe:
• 1 oz. gin
• 4 oz, sparkling water
• a drizzle of Sunshine Coast Olive Oil Co. Aged Pomegranate Dark Balsamic**
**just enough to turn the drink a delicate rosé colour.
If you have a cocktail shaker, fill it halfway with ice, then add other ingredients and shake, shake, shake. Garnish with mango, watermelon or lemon slices.
If you do not have a shaker, pour all ingredients into a tall glass, then stir, stir, stir. Add ice.
For both options, above, if you have a spritzer spray bottle, spray a fine mist of your chosen balsamic on top of the glass just prior to serving.
