Sunshine Coast Olive Oil Co. Aged Maple Dark Balsamic
Fresh-ground sea salt
Boil sweet potatoes. Drain completely. Add Sunshine Coast Olive Oil Butter Olive Oil and Aged Maple Dark Balsamic. Add about 1 teaspoon of butter oil and 1.5 teaspoons Maple Balsamic per potatoe. Taste and adjust. Season with fresh-ground sea salt and pepper.
